“A New You – Retreat for Women”

A Haven for Rest and Spiritual Reconnection and An Opportunity to Rejuvenate both Externally and Internally

“A New You-Retreat for Women” has been changing the lives of women for over 17 years. Originally hosted by BYU-Hawaii, and held on their campus for 15 years, “A New You, Retreat for Women” is now held at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. This program has, since its inception, always upheld the standards and values of the LDS church.

Cost of program for many years has been $680, and you can now attend the exact same program for $350.00 (no classes or services have been eliminated).  This year you also have the option of whether or not you want to include housing.  If you choose to stay on campus, you only pay our cost of $33.00 per night.  If you need housing prior to the event, please contact our office.

New facets of program which make it more affordable.  Again, new cost is $350.00 for program only or $449.00 including housing.  Check in time to be announced!    Checkout time is Thursday morning.

Tuition

Tuition is $350.00 for the three day retreat camp. This includes tuition, food, program supplies, salon visit with make over. Airfare is not included. Housing can be added for an additional $33.00/night.  For the complete program, including housing, your total is $449.00.  Payment can be done with a $150.00 deposit with the remaining balance to be paid by July 15, 2012,  or pay the entire amount at time of registration. Enrollment for each session will stop after the first 150 register.

Travel Assistance

If you need a ride from the airport to Thanksgiving Point, please call Express Shuttle Airport at 801 586-1600 to make advance reservations for a ride to and from Springhill Suites by Marriott at Thanksgiving Point, 2447 West Executive Parkway, Lehi, UT.  Their check-in desk for all Delta flights is across from baggage claim #7 in Terminal 2 and all other airlines are in Terminal 1 across from baggage claim 3. Lost Items

Please call the the office for lost items. 801-766-5006. We are not responsible for lost items.

Insurance

Each participant is included in a limited coverage ($2,500 maximum benefit) accident insurance policy while they are under the direction and supervision of Retreat for Women.  If they leave the campus, they are not covered by our insurance. The insurance does not cover illness (such as cold symptoms, stomach aches, etc.) or pre-existing conditions.  Participants will be responsible for any costs associated with treatment in event of an emergency. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to receive a full registration refund for the 2012 programs, a cancellation request must be received in writing by May 15, 2012.  After that date, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. A New You - Retreat for Women cannot be held responsible for any change or cancellation charges required by airlines, travel agencies, or other establishments.

How Do I Request a Refund?

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact Julie at (800) 989-3309 by May 15th, 2012.

How Long Does it Take to Receive the Refund?

The refund process will take one to two weeks.  You will be reimbursed the same way you paid your tuition, i.e. check or credit card.
